Now That's a Steak

Matthew is often charged with the responsibility of buying steers for a local butcher.
After buying a particularly appealing soft black steer a couple of weeks back,
he casually mentioned to the butcher how he'd love to taste a T-Bone off him.

After a phone call from the butcher today to call in on his way past,
these beauties were on Friday night's menu
(for those not on a wonder diet).

    I lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks with the NO SUGAR,FLOUR,PASTA or BREAD

    Works..No calorie counting or extra cooking...I thought I would miss the sugar..But it was the bread that I really missed

    Forget the diet business! How could you cook this steak and not eat it???? Impossible to comprehend!
    It must be something akin to "water torture"!!

  3. So long as that steak isn't one of those long-eyelashed, droopy-eared creatures you've been photographing lately. Actually, I see a couple of them to the left of this comment.
