Setting Suns and Dropping Temps

Whether it's the coolness in the air, the drop in atmospheric moisture or just the enjoyment of a day nearing its end,

the late afternoons have been beautiful this month.

  1. Great photography Fiona.
Yes it is getting cooler, wish it would not get lower. I hate winters, God only know why in my youth I loved snow skiing. The look of snow these days gives me the chills.

  3. great sunset photo!

and by the crikeys, the temperature has plummeted here tonight. I forsee a mad rummaging for full on winter wardrobe for the family tomorrow, I think we've had it easy for the past few years!

On the bright side, cooler days mean great fashion opportunities for the picnic races and show this month!

Still giggling about your comparison of my daughter #2 to your rottweiler. I don't know where she gets it from, honestly! (has to be from her father's side?!!)

  6. Yet another great photo Fiona, you can actually feel the cool air! It's rather chilly here - the fire has been on now for about 36 hours and no sign of it being let to go out in the next couple of days at least!

  7. Hope Fiona that you didn't lose anything when so-called technology CRASHED with blogs.
I am beginning, no thats not right, the old methods, of commumication and that means even pigeons, were more reliable, - stuff the hawks etc.
I have been told by a friend who is into this technology business, that only fools use this method to pay accounts etc. They can be all "hacked" and then what do you do, or can't do. Terrible thought - eh?
Anyhow good to know that you are back on line.
    Cheers
